Moist Chocolate Brownie

This moist chocolate brownie will melt in your mouth and delight your taste buds. With fresh berries and mascarpone cream, chocolate brownie is a delicious dessert ideal for every occasion. 
Moist Chocolate Brownie

What ingredients will I need?

  • 350g dark chocolate (at least 70%), chopped
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 4 medium eggs 
  • 250g cane sugar
  • 90g rice flour (you can use wheat flour as well)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

How can I make this dessert?

  1. Preheat an oven for 140°C. 
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in the water bath.
  3. While melting , start whisking the eggs till they get brighter. 
  4. Stir cane sugar into the eggs and keep whisking until you get smooth texture.
  5. Check the temperature of the melted chocolate mixture (should be warm not hot!), start pouring the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. 
  6. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. 
  7. Start pouring the powdery mixture slowly into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Stir until combined and smooth.  
  9. Prepare a baking tray ( with a baking paper. 
  10. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray. 
  11. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 30-35 minutes. The texture should be moist and gooey. 
  12. Serve with mascarpone cream and berries.
